UAB Medicine brings high-quality health care to Montgomery through UAB Montgomery Internal Medicine. Located in the Morrow Medical Tower at Baptist Medical Center South, our clinic provides comprehensive primary care for adults through board-certified internal medicine physicians, with access to infectious disease specialists and additional expertise when needed. 

We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, other commercial plans, Medicare and Medicaid.

As part of UAB Medicine, our clinic connects patients with specialized care when needed, helping ensure they receive the services and expertise appropriate for their health needs. 

The clinic is also home to the UAB Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Program, where physicians-in-training develop their clinical skills under the guidance of experienced faculty. Based at Baptist Medical Center South, this three-year, postgraduate program trains 20 resident physicians at a time in the practice of internal medicine while providing care to patients throughout the River Region.
