About Me

Dr. Mullins received undergraduate degrees in accounting and electrical engineering from Auburn University and his doctor of medicine degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of South Florida where he served as chief resident and is fellowship trained in surgical critical care. While in training, he received several honors including the Outstanding Resident Teaching Award, the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, Outstanding Third Year Surgical Resident Award and is a member of Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi honor societies.

Dr. Mullins is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care.
