About Me
Dr. Amy Fernow, Breast Surgical Oncologist, received her medical degree with honors from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio.
She completed her general surgery internship at Mount Carmel Health System East in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Fernow also completed a Fellowship in Breast Surgery Oncology at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Board-certified by the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Fernow is a proud member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. A Sigma Sigma Phi Honors graduate for Osteopathic Medicine, she is also a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana.
Dr. Fernow and her husband are the proud parents of one son. She enjoys reading, gardening, and long mountain hikes with her family.
