Asia McIntosh, MD, HMDC

Dr. McIntosh was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Sewanee: The University of the South, where she graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended Trinity School of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, where her passion for serving underserved regions began to develop. 

Dr. McIntosh is also a graduate of the Montgomery Family Medicine Residency Program, during which she showed a strong interest in palliative care. She later completed a fellowship in hospice and palliative care at the University of Miami. 

Dr. McIntosh is dedicated to providing optimal comfort care and is passionate about ethics and medical education.
