About Me
Dr. James F. Benson, Jr. earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee. A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, Dr. Benson received the rank of Colonel. Dr. Benson completed an internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and a residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado.
Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Benson is a proud lifetime member of the U.S. Army Society of Flight Surgeons and Association of Military Surgeons of the United States. He has clinical interests in sinus surgery, nasal surgery, ear surgery and pediatric ear, nose, and throat procedures.
In his spare time, Dr. Benson enjoys fly fishing, salt water fishing, fly tying and big game hunting. He is married with four adult children.
