About Me
Jennifer Moore is a family nurse practitioner, certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She currently serves as the Clinical Director of Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, in 1995. She has worked for Montgomery Cardiovascular Associates since 1996 and received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2017.
While in high school, her grandfather was diagnosed with lung cancer. After seeing nurses take care of him, she became inspired to devote her own career to advocating, educating, and providing compassionate care for those who could otherwise not help themselves.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time on Lake Martin with family and friends.
