About Me
Dr. Manisha Garg received her Bachelor of Medicine while attending the Government Medical College in Amritsar, India. Dr. Garg completed her medical schooling at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, New York. She is a member of the American Thyroid Association, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, and the Endocrine Society. Dr. Garg has received numerous awards including the Early Career Forum Travel Award, Endocrine 2016. She has also received the Meritorious Oral Presentation Award at Internal Medicine Research Day at University of Buffalo. Dr. Garg is board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology.
As a member of the UAB Multispecialty Clinic, Dr. Manisha Garg provides specialized care in endocrinology and diabetes to patients throughout our Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook and surrounding Central Alabama communities.
Dr. Garg is board certified in both internal medicine and endocrinology, and focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of hormonal disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, cancer, osteoporosis and adrenal and pituitary conditions.
She is skilled in the latest medical advances to help prevent or control type 1 or type 2 diabetes, while providing personalized, hands-on education to help you manage your condition with confidence.
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Garg enjoys dancing, cooking and reading.
