Robotic Surgery
Used in various urologic procedures, including:
- Aquablation: A minimally invasive robotic treatment for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), a non-cancerous condition in which the prostate gland enlarges, potentially compressing the urethra and causing difficulties with urination. This method utilizes a high-pressure water jet to remove excess prostate tissue.
- Cystectomy: This involves the removal of the urinary bladder.
- Partial Nephrectomy: This procedure involves the removal of a tumor from the kidney.
- Prostatectomy: This entails the removal of part or all of the prostate gland.
- Pyeloplasty: This procedure addresses a blockage where the kidney connects to the ureter.
