Adolescent Programs
The Adolescent Behavioral Health Unit at Crossbridge opened April 1, 2020, to specialize in daily care for patients between the ages of 12 – 18 years of age. Adolescent patients at Crossbridge are cared for in a comfortable, secure environment and separated from the adult population.
Common disorders treated include Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders, and Psychosis, with full-time compassionate care available. Program goals are to promote positive change and growth through multiple proven treatment techniques.
Adult Programs
Crossbridge Behavioral Health has an established team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing sensitive, compassionate services for adults ages 19 - 54 with psychiatric issues. All treatment is personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Crossbridge has two distinct programs that focus on the needs of people with mood disorders (major depression, bipolar disorder) or psychoses (schizophrenia and others).
About the Inpatient Program
In both programs, an individualized treatment plan is recommended to meet the specific needs of the patient. The programs provide a complete range of traditional and innovative treatments, including medication, music therapy, and intensive inpatient group therapy and outpatient support groups. Family education is provided as identified by the interdisciplinary team and upon a family member’s request.
Our behavioral health team meets daily to assess progress in helping patients achieve their established goals. During this daily assessment, the team is prepared to alter the plan of care when necessary. The length of treatment varies depending on each individual’s needs. Upon discharge, patients will be referred to appropriate agencies for follow-up care in a coordinated, timely fashion.
About the Outpatient Program
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Crossbridge is a short-term, non-residential treatment program to meet the specific needs of qualifying patients with psychiatric and/or substance use disorders. During the course of the treatment, patients have access to needed assessments, education, collaborative treatment planning, and individual and group therapy options. IOP treatment days are scheduled across a consistent three day treatment week in scheduled three hour segments.
