If you would like for a Baptist Health chaplain to pray for your loved one, please send the patient's name, room number and your request to the appropriate email address below:

Please use this email for prayer requests only. For emergencies, please ask your nurse to contact Pastoral Care. Emails will not be returned. Emails are not confirmation we have a particular patient in our facility. All prayer requests are kept confidential.
