Medicare Comprehensive Joint Replacement (CJR) Model

Baptist Medical Center South is a participating hospital in the Medicare Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) Model. 

Under this program, Baptist Medical Center South has entered into financial arrangements with the following collaborating healthcare providers who are engaged in care redesign with the hospital and who may furnish healthcare services to you during your episode of care.
