The Baptist Hospice team communicates with your doctors and family members regularly about your health. In addition, Baptist Hospice’s extensive network of counselors, social workers, and medical and pastoral care providers can help mediate difficult conversations about end-of-life spiritual needs and finances, and offer bereavement support for families.
